Hello! Thanks for visiting WeForWildlife.

My name is Cheri, and I started this blog because I have a strong interest and passion for animals. By writing this blog, I am hoping to spread my love for wild animals and their habitats, so we can protect this planet's wildlife together.

Since you've managed to get this far, I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you more.

I live in Southern California, and have had a variety of pets, ranging from small, vibrant beta fish to a big, white Labrador. My favorite animals consist of zebras, giant pandas, snow leopards, cheetahs, and some other big wildcats. Yeah--big list. I'm serious when I say I am a wildlife lover.

I enjoy drawing/painting, and my conservation art pieces have won me some awards in my early elementary school years. Another one of my hobbies includes reading youth novels, like mystery, puzzles, and historical fiction. Such books include The Templeton Twins and books like The Book Thief or To Kill a Mockingbird. I enjoy fantasy books like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson & the Olympians mythology series as well.

I will try to update and blog whenever I can, but school does come #1 in my list of priorities, so when studying becomes a bit too hectic, blogging will have to step back for a while before I can make some time again. My goal as of now is to update once every one to two weeks. My posts will almost always be released on the weekends.
